The service was good and fast within 24 hours as promised BTC to Paypal But payment is placed on HOLD. Paypal said: Account Money you receive from buyers is in your on hold balance and will be moved to your available balance after the order is fulfilled. They also suggested that the Sender which is the BUYER : Buyers can also confirm that they have received the item, which will release the payment immediately. This option is only available if buyers paid for the item with their PayPal account. I will be glad if this can be done. Thank You

В целом и в общем сервис достаточно прост и удобен в использовании, достаточно быстрые ответы и пояснения по поводу перевода, данных и тд. Подробно объяснено почему нужны те или иные документы, т.е. с этим проблем особых нет, возможно стоит изменить сам сайт, т.к. в нынешнем виде он не вызывает особого доверия, как сайты конкурентов например, ведь создается такое ощущение что он сделан на коленке. А по сервису нареканий нет, первый перевод занял меньше дня, надеюсь дальше все будет быстрее.

после того как я собрал все документы для заявки часа три не было ответа и я решил заявку отменить и только после этого пришел ответ о моей оплате заявки и потом уже все было нормально

Обменивал Skrill на Qiwi. Сумма была ~30$ Написал 14.08.19 насчет обмена, через 5 минут попросили ответить на вопросы ( происхождения баланса и т.д ) После ответа на вопросы, спустя 3 часа дали реквизиты для пополнения. Были проблемы с пополнением их реквизитов, мне пришлось просить другие. Через день, дали другие реквизиты. 15.08.19 Отправил по другим реквизитам и через часов 11 они подтвердили получения средст. Как по регламенту было сказано, спустя 24 часа после получения с их стороны средств мне отправили деньги. Если кому-то срочно надо и ждать он не может, то это не сюда. Мне деньги нужны были не срочно и я готов был ждать. Все отлично и круто!

Very good service professional customer support but it could be better instead of 2 days to send cash in the future to expand company should be instant transaction or 1 day waiting instead of 2 days for extra fee. Another good thing to add to service is only one time sending documents not in every exchange if user does exchange successfully 1 time he doesn’t need to upload documents every time that would make clients more comfortable. That’s the only two things I didn’t like all the other services in this website is good but what I said can make the service better.

It took approximately 1 Day until i got my money on paypal. I got 14€ because Paypal took approx. 1€ and MagnatuS some Euros. but that's fine. I thought it would take much longer but it worked better than expected :) Feedback : You definitely need to overhaul the complete site because it is not looking good.
